One shared map.
Separate budgets.
Parcels is a 3D city builder for friends and rivals. Each player owns a parcel of the map and runs its own treasury, but roads, power and water cross every border. Trade with your neighbours, outgrow them, or both.
Free and open source · Windows, macOS, Linux · single-player, hot-seat and LAN multiplayer
How it plays
Your parcel, your money
Zone residential, commercial, industrial and office land. Buildings grow by themselves when they have roads, power, water and the services they need.
Neighbours you can't ignore
Networks cross parcel borders. Sell surplus power and water at your own price, and watch a neighbour's coal plant drag down your land value.
A city that comes alive
Day and night, lit windows, cars, buses and people on the streets. Press V and walk your city at street level.
Play together
Solo against AI neighbours, hot-seat on one screen, or host a game on your network. A deterministic simulation keeps everyone in sync.

Make it look better
Everything in the world is drawn from code today. The asset list has every building, vehicle and prop the game could use as a real 3D model, with sizes and a ready-to-paste prompt for Meshy's text-to-3D. Generate one, send it back, and it can go into a future release.
